About Us

Mark Bell has worked as a licensed guide and packer for Trout Creek Outfitters operating in the Nez Perce National Forest in north Idaho.  For over 10 years, Mark and his family have contracted with the U.S. Forest Service to do trail clearing and packing in remote locations.  All of this work is done with the use of horses and mules and crosscut saws in designated wilderness areas.  The Bell's have lived and worked on several large cattle ranches on the Salmon River breaks, where work is still done the old-fashioned way -- on horseback!
