Using What We Sell
Mark, Connie and Mark Bell, Jr. have been in business since 1995. Our working experience as a licensed guide and packer, U.S. Forest Service trail maintenance contractor and ranch worker -- along with owning our own horses and pack animals for over 30 years -- has led us to want to build the type of equipment working horsepeople need.

Products Built to Last
Some saddles are quite ornamental, made largely for the show arena. Others are -- while still beautiful -- very practical and made to be used, and used hard. The saddles we make fall into the latter category. Our main emphasis is building custom saddles for the working cowboy as well as backcountry horsemen. We use a variety of saddle trees and begin with the ground seat that consists of several pieces of leather glued together which are wetted and shaved between layers to form the seat. The actual visible seat is then formed of leather, sewn and tooled depending on a customer's specifications.
